Our team takes time to consider the opportunity, ask further questions, and perform due diligence. Since your time and resources are precious, we do our best to conduct this process in a timely manner.

If we decide to move forward and partner up, we’ll outline the terms of our partnership. This often includes semi-regular meetings to communicate updates and engage in mentorship and advisory.

Our Criteria
We invest between $25- $150k in seed-stage companies whose technology, products, or services are of notable value to their market.
The founders we work with typically have existing pre-seed investors, a meaningful investment by the founder and/or co-founders, and a path to generate at least $15,000 MRR within 12 months.
